A Thank You Note

Dear Dog-Loving Friend,

We’re writing to you because you and your dog have become part of the Dogs’ Own family and we value you so very much.  You probably know by now that demand for our daycare services has decreased dramatically and as a result, as of December 23rd, 2020, Dogs’ Own will no longer be offering dog daycare services. While this change is bittersweet, it paves the way for new opportunities. Coming in 2021, the business will be undergoing a transformation. We’re remodeling the space to expand Dogs’ Own Grooming School.

What does this mean for you?

All daycare packages need to be used by Dec 23rd 2020

The value of any left-over daycare days can be credited toward any of our grooming services. Book your appointments now to ensure a spot!

The facility will be closed from Jan 1st to Jan 18th for remodeling. If you have an appointment already scheduled during the first 2 weeks of January,  you’ll be contacted to reschedule.

Questions & Answers

Q: What’s in store for Dogs’ Own in 2021?

  • A: That’s a great question, and the answer is SO MUCH! Because of Covid-19, demand for our daycare services has decreased dramatically. As of December 23, 2020, we’ll no longer be offering dog daycare services. But that’s ok! If there’s one thing we’ve learned from dogs is that you have to adapt to what comes your way and make the best of it.

Q: Wait…Dogs’ Own won’t be offering daycare services any longer? Why not?

  • A: We’re remodeling the space to expand Dogs’ Own Grooming School, allowing us to fulfill our dream of sharing our passion for the grooming industry with new pet-loving people.

Q: Since Dogs’ Own won’t be offering daycare services any longer, where should I take my dog now?

  • A: We’ve done extensive research and personal tours of the other local daycare facilities so that we can recommend the best that Loveland has to offer, and we’ve come to the conclusion that Brenda at K9 Island is paws-down the best. We highly recommend their facility!  If you have any questions about K9 Island or would like their contact information, please ask! We’d be happy to help you in any way that we can.
